Samantha Cornelelles has a community of mothers on Instagram who follow her advice and believe in her. The purpose of creating her own website is to offer specialized therapy for mothers who want to take care of their mental health.

We started by doing a research of the different psychology websites that offer online care. How do they offer therapy? What are their costs? What is the experience the user has when browsing those pages?
This is what we improved in the case of Soy Esa Madre
- The support or customer service is not done with programmed answers but with personalized attention.
- Therapies are offered through video calls or phone calls.
- Scheduling times are flexible and negotiable.
- If the user pays and then recognizes that there is not the necessary fit, a refund is possible. In any case, Samantha offers a free 15-minute call so that moms can gauge the connection that should exist between the therapist and themselves.
- We create an attractive design, easy to understand and use. That is, the product presentation is clear and the calls to action are timely.
