There are many influencers who decide to take the leap and start their own businesses. This is the case of María José who, for a couple of years, has been creating a community on Instagram.

Her project consists of selling shirts, mugs, thermoses and other products, which have phrases related to anxiety.
Our job was to create him an online store with a unique design and usability capable of converting more and more.

UX UI in e-commerce.

We used the methodology of empathy, definition and ideation, but in addition, we did competitive analysis, market research and user flow without omitting variables of value such as audience and location.

The User Persona!

Based on this knowledge we created the online store. That is, it is designed for the ideal person, what they want and how they want to buy it. The user flow (their path on the web) is defined for the sale.
